| | | | judithm65 wrote a post about Bar Milano...  We had dinner last night at Bar Milano. There were an over-abundance of serving staff all of whom were pleasant and extremely well-trained. The bread was great and we had a red wine on the wines-by -the-glass menu that was very good for only $10.00 per glass. All of our appetizers were excellent-quail, octopus, and potato with egg and cheese. Fresh tagliatelle bolognese and risotto with lobster were outstanding, but not served hot enough. The other entree we sampled was the veal chop milanese. The meat was extremely tender and the bread crumb coating was excellent. Dessert was inverted chocolate cones over gelato-very nice, but very small portion. Negatives were that entrees do not come with sides to make a complete plate and the portion size on pasta and entrees was pretty small for the price. | | Apr 14 08 |
